Selena Gomez has always been open about her mental health challenges. She even founded a mental fitness company called Wondermind and also started discussions about unrealistic beauty standards and mental health stigma with her own beauty brand, Rare Beauty. Now, she’s opening up more in her new documentary, “my mind and me‘, on Apple TV on November 4.

“Some of the worst moments in my life have ended up being some of the biggest blessings. And that is strength. I am really grateful for those things because I can turn them into something good,” she says. “Honestly I’m not that strong. It was about the people around me, 100 percent,” she says. She also talks about how her fans helped her get out of bed/get out of the dark on tough days.
“I had to get up, because I wanted to get up for them.” She also talks about her long-term future goals. “I want to get old and have a family and be normal for a while.”
