President Trump ordered by a corrupt judge to sit down to testify in the Crackpot rape defamation case

President Trump should sit down to testify in the case involving the adorable, E. Jane Carroll (in Obama-like photo above) who accused the president of raping her years ago in the locker room of a high-end department store in New York.

Jean Carroll has a history of crazy statements.

Jane Carroll even described the rape as “sexy” in an interview with CNN.

Daily Mail reports:

On Wednesday, a court ruled to drop Donald Trump under oath in a defamation suit brought by E. Jane Carroll, the writer who has previously accused the former president of rape.

US District Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected Trump’s request to halt the filing on October 19, in the latest legal slap he has faced since leaving office.

Trump’s attorney, Alina Hobba, responded in a statement after the ruling, “We look forward to proving that this case is, and has always been, baseless.”

Rather than dismiss the case, the judge allowed the case to continue. The judge allowed this case to continue despite the defendant being interviewed on CNN as described below:

We reported in 2019 that the criminal behind the charges may have stolen her story from an episode of Law and Order.

Today, President Trump responded to the issue in a statement on the Truth Social.

The Obama administration and its criminals are out of control.
