Young Miami hilariously doubles down on the ‘Next Black Oprah’ quote

Young Miami It will be the “next black opera” and just that!

The rising media star already had a hit show with “Caresha Please” so she wasn’t staged by people making fun of her way of expressing herself. In a recent interview, Karisha Brownlee made a mockery about becoming the next “black opera” and drew some negative comments online, however, she doubled down on tweets to remind everyone of what she had to say.

Young told Miami XXL in a recent interview that she intends to build her legacy in the media game, having already recorded her first podcast on Apple. That’s when she shared her plans to take on the role of “next black opera”.

XXL: First of all, congratulations on your new podcast, Caresha Please. You keep grabbing the headlines. What’s the story of how that met behind the scenes?

Young Miami: People just love hearing me talk, you know? Whenever I talk or anytime [Instagram] Live, the virus spreads. So, one day I was talking to Diddy and he was like, “Yeah, [you] A podcast should be made. It will be useful to you,” and that’s how I came out. It was just a conversation between me that always went viral far from the way I talk and the interaction I used to get out of on Instagram Live. What goal do you want to achieve with this new podcast endeavor? I want to take it to the next level. Next I want to be like – I think she has a podcast now – Someone like Wendy Williams I dream big I want to go to the top from the top I want to be a Black Opera Replace the world “Next” with “Black” or “Hood Version” And it’s obvious what Young Miami has been up to at the moment but that doesn’t matter in the sinister world of social media.FYI, Young Karisha stands by her words.

Twitter has jokes about the ‘Next Black Oprah’ comment

A slew of tweets poured in, and the South Florida rapper was criticized for describing her future as the next “black” version of someone who’s already black. But Karisha hit back, showing off her sense of humor:

I don’t like being basic like you guys! I always got a touch!

We heard you! Roomies, how do you think Young Miami calls itself the “next black opera?”
