8:39 a.m. on block 800 of Gale Drive: A GMC car was reported to have been stolen from Sunnyvale on Sept. 18, left blocking a driveway.
Overnight at block 1200 of White Oaks Road: utility trailer stolen.
12:02 p.m. on block 1200 of White Oaks Road: Someone rented a truck and didn’t return it. The businessmen recovered the vehicle via a tow truck, but did not have details of where it was towed or why it was towed.
Overnight on block 800 of Gale Drive: A Volkswagen has been stolen.
Overnight at 1800 South Bascom Street: A Honda car was stolen from a parking lot.
Eight o’clock in the evening in Building 1300 on Camden Street: Someone took a merchandise without paying.
8:42 p.m. at 3600 block of South Bascom Street: Suspect and victim separated, suspect was leaving. They got into an argument, and the suspect hit a glass from the victim’s hand.
1100 block of West Hamilton Street: The victim sent a candid photo to someone on Instagram, then demanded money from the victim or else the photo would be posted to family and friends.
1:57 a.m. on the VTA trails north of Hamilton Street: A transient, 29, was in possession of a tube of meth.
2:38 a.m. on block 600 of Creekside Road: A passing man, 40, has a warrant and was in possession of a methamphetamine tube.
September 20
11:15 a.m. in Whitethorne Drive and Bayleaf Court: An officer retrieves a Honda vehicle reported stolen September 19 from The Pruneyard.
Overnight on Daryl Drive and Hamilton Street: Catalytic converter stolen from car.
6:47 p.m. on the 900th block of West Hamilton Avenue: A Chevy car was recalled as abandoned and found stolen.
9:15 p.m. in Building 600 on West Campbell Street: Someone damaged a gate while entering the church’s back parking lot.
1:52 a.m. on South Winchester Boulevard and San Tomas Expressway: A passing man, 37, has been stopped on his bike for violating a vehicle code. He was in possession of an arrest warrant, he was in possession of methamphetamine and a driver’s license that didn’t belong to him.
4:08 a.m. at 1500 West Campbell Street: Someone threw a rock at the front door, causing it to break.
September 21
5:56 a.m. in the 1700 block of S. Bascom Street: Two suspects entered a company through a window on the south side of the building and stole merchandise.
9:43 a.m. on the 200th block of North St. Thomas Aquino Rd: Someone has forged the victim’s personal check and cashed it.
3:35 p.m. on Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue: A passing man, 37, has been stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had a warrant pending and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:54 p.m. on 1500 Street in West Campbell Street: Someone had to get into a display case and stole the merchandise.
4:47 p.m. on the 500th block of East Hamilton Street: A woman, 31, used a magnet to remove a security measure from store merchandise.
9:03 p.m. on South Bascom and East Campbell Roads: A 41-year-old man has been stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. They had a misdemeanor warrant for DUI, were driving with a suspended license and were in possession of cocaine.
9:51 p.m. at 1800 South Bascom Street: Suspect and victim have been located unresponsive but breathing by their mother. The victim responded after the second dose of naloxone and admitted that she had sniffed either cocaine or fentanyl with the suspect. The suspect was given naloxone through an IV and became a responder.
2:28 a.m. on East Hamilton and South Bascomb Streets: A man, 52, has been arrested for breaching a vehicle code. He had criminal and misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. While searching the car, methamphetamine was found for sale, a scale and tubes.
September 22
8:14 a.m. in Block 1500 of South Winchester Boulevard: A 29-year-old man was sleeping in a car. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
9:30 a.m. on the 1600th block of West Campbell Avenue: A moped in front of a store was stolen.
6:44 p.m. at 2400 Block from South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 33, was causing a disturbance at a business and found he was too drunk to take care of himself.
8 p.m. in the 1700s complex of South Bascom Street: A 55-year-old man stole merchandise and fled before the officers arrived. Work wanted to be sued for theft.
12:36 a.m. on South Bascom Avenue and Dry Creek Road: A man, 45, was stopped for breaking a vehicle code and found to be driving under the influence.
September 23
7:30 a.m. on Hamilton and Atherton Streets: An officer has found an Audi that was reported stolen from San Francisco on September 18.
10 a.m. on Bascom and Hamilton Streets: A 40-year-old trans woman was called and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She also had drug paraphernalia in her possession.
11:51 a.m. on Square 1000 of Erin Way: A transient man, 43, and the victim get into a fight after showing up at his parents’ home in violation of a no-contact order. During the fight, the man hit the victim with the ax handle.
2 p.m. on the 60th block of South San Tomas Aquino: An officer found a stolen Mercedes from Sunnyvale on September 22 and saw two people getting out of it and heading to a store. During the search, methamphetamine sales/transportation, burglary tools, a scale, a methamphetamine tube, non-suspects debit cards, and a collapsible baton were found.
7:59 p.m. South Bascom and Kertner Streets: A woman, 59, has been issued a misdemeanor warrant outside of San Bernardino County. During the search, the woman was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
9:37 p.m. in Building 1600 of Whitwood Lane: The suspect met the victim on Instagram. The suspect persuaded the victim to masturbate while she was on Facetime. The suspect registered it without the victim’s knowledge. The suspect then asked the victim to send $3,000 or show the video to the victim’s friends.
10:45 p.m. in block 400 of Kuehnis Drive: The victim claims the suspect stole her keys from her hand and then got into her car. The suspect then hit the victim with the vehicle and towed her. The victim had scratches on her legs and arms. The victim was not cooperative throughout the investigation and did not give the suspect’s last name.
1600 Block South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole the victim’s wallet and then used her cards at the stores in Campbell.
September 24
7:42 a.m. in Block 100 of East Hamilton Street: An officer finds a red Toyota that was reported stolen from San Jose on September 14.
10:09 a.m. in Building 700 on Nido Drive: A 20-year-old man caused a commotion and found himself too drunk to take care of himself.
1:03 p.m. Winchester Boulevard and Campbell Avenue: A woman was walking on the sidewalk when a man approached her and demanded her back belt. She was afraid for her safety and ran into a store to call 911. The man’s whereabouts have not been identified.
5:15 p.m. in Building 1200 of Dale Street: Someone got into a car and stole credit cards and cash, then used credit cards.
10:49 p.m. in Building 600 of Creekside Road: A 59-year-old passing man and the victim were asleep inside their car in a parking lot. The man had violated the injunction by being with the victim.
11:51 p.m. on the 500th block of West Hamilton Street: A man, 22, was called while fainting in a car. He was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
September 25
7:20 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Street: A man went behind the counter and stole the merchandise. When the clerk tried to stop him, he threatened the clerk, put his hand in his pocket and told him that he had a gun.
Eight in the morning on the 300 block of Union Street: During an early morning altercation, the victim prevented the suspect from retrieving his parrot. The suspect paid the victim to get it.
1:17 p.m. in the 1400 block of Camden Street: The victim allowed a 34-year-old transient man to use the restroom. Then he started experimenting with multiple door handles within the company. The victim asked him to leave and tried to escort him outside. He patted the victim in the face. He was contacted and refused to identify himself. He was found to be under the influence of meth and in possession of a meth tube. He was under searchable probation and violated his terms.
5 p.m. in Block 400 of East Hamilton Street: Victim’s cell phone was stolen while he was shopping.
7:59 p.m. on the 500th block of the Fierro Loop: A couple got into an argument over the care of their daughter. During the argument, the suspect kicked and punched the victim while their two-year-old daughter was in the victim’s hands.
9:52 p.m. on St. Thomas Highway and Podd Avenue: A 45-year-old was stopped for a vehicle code violation found to be a DUI.
1:38 a.m. in block 500 of West Hamilton Avenue: An 18-year-old woman was called in the back of a hostel. She had several oxycodone pills in her possession.
3:35 a.m. on the 1400 block of Inskip Drive: Someone breaks into a Chevy.
