While most people initially thought the video was shot in front of a green screen, after carefully rewatching the video, you can watch moments where the cotton sprouts and the grass moves as she dances.
TikTokers reacts to the video
Comments and views have been pouring in constantly since the video was posted on October 4, totaling over 8 million views, 1.9 million likes, 22,000 comments, and 78,000 shares, but the reactions aren’t quite what you’d expect at times like these.
Most TikTokers found the video to be very funny, including the white TikTokers who commented,
I feel guilty even for watching this over and over but the girls got moves!
But not everyone agreed. One TikToker commented that the video set the community back three centuries.
However, such comments were few and far between.
TikTok Challenge
The song “No Clappin” by Spiffy The Goat was released in 2022, and quickly became another anthem.
Most of the people who participated in this TikTok twerk challenge shot their videos at home, on the street, at school or even in a hair salon, but none of them did anything out of the box like this.
