And in an interview released this week, Margot Robbie – who still plays the character in the DC Extended Universe – was asked how she felt about her choice.
She told MTV News, “It makes me so happy, because I’ve said from the start that all I want is Harley Quinn to be one of those characters in the way…a great actor.”
“It’s kind of like, like, for someone to do their own Batman, or someone to do their own Macbeth,” she continued, calling it “a huge honor to build a strong enough organization that Harley can now be one of the Those other characters the actors get to experience playing.”
