Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Plan in California Among the Best in the World

Kaiser Permanente California’s health plan is among the best performing plans in the country in terms of clinical care and patient experience.

Kaiser Permanente California’s health plan is once again among the best in the country for providing high-quality, seamless care and outstanding service to Medicare members.

The Kaiser Permanente Medicare California health plan has a rating of 5 out of 5 stars, the highest possible rating, according to the 2023 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Annual Quality Star Ratings.

This is 12The tenth Consecutively, Kaiser Permanente California’s Health Care Medicare plan is rated 5 out of 5 stars.

The CMS Medicare Part C (health plan) and Part D (drug plan) 5-star quality rating system are designed to help people compare health plans and drugs based on quality and performance. Plans that get 5 out of 5 stars in the annual rating are considered excellent. Plans that get 4 out of 5 stars are above average.

Medicare health plans in every other Kaiser Permanente area in the United States have been rated 4.0 stars or higher by the 2023 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Kaiser Permanente provides care to 1.8 million Medicare members (out of a total of 12.6 million members) in 8 countries and territories Colombia.

Enroll in Kaiser Permanente Medicare Health Plan

Medicare-eligible people can enroll in individual Medicare Advantage plans during the Medicare open enrollment period, which begins October 15 and continues through December 7, 2022. People who have a 5-star rated Medicare health plan available in their area can take advantage of a special enrollment period to join those Plan or switch to almost any other time of the year (one plan change is allowed per special enrollment period).
