By Amir Vera and Stella Chan | CNN

The Los Angeles Police Department has identified one suspect and arrested two others in connection with the fatal shooting of rapper BNP rock earlier this month.

Freddy Lee Tron has been identified “as someone involved” in the rapper’s murder, according to a Los Angeles Police Department press release. Police said Tron is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone who sees them should call 911 immediately.

On Tuesday, Los Angeles police arrested a 32-year-old woman and a young man under the age of 18 who “believed to be involved” in the rapper’s death. The woman was booked for complicity in a murder, and the young man was booked for murder, according to the statement.

CNN did not mention the woman who was arrested because she did not press formal charges. Los Angeles police did not release any details about the minor due to his age.

The Los Angeles police had no information about the relationship of the young man or the woman to Troon.

The department said the Los Angeles Police Department will present its case to the attorney general’s office for consideration this week.

The fatal shooting of PnB Rock occurred on September 12 while the rapper and his girlfriend were eating at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles on West Manchester Avenue, according to LAPD president Michel Moore. The president identified the rapper by his real name, Rakim Allen.

“[Allen] Moore said he was brutally attacked by an individual who we believe, apparently, came to the site after a post on social media of the artist and the woman accompanying him.

Moore said a photo of the couple’s meal was posted on Instagram, tagged with the location. He said that a black man attacked the rapper in the restaurant, and demanded his property. Moore said PnB Rock “had a large amount of jewelry and other valuables.”

Between 2016 and 2019, PnB Rock had eight songs on the Billboard Hot 100, four of which were in 2019.

The rapper’s latest single, “Luv Me Again” was released on September 2.
